With mains power

The adjustable magnets are reversed only via a short current impulse and the magnetic field is permanently built up on the surface of the clamping plate. They can then be used independently. This means that no further disruptive connections are necessary. The magnetic field can be strengthened by additional permanent magnets, depending on the processing case.
The Assfalg portfolio includes both the patented electropermanent square pole plates *** patent no. EP1874504 *** for milling and grinding as well as the electropermanent magnetic chuck with square pole pitch and additional T-slot.
In addition to the standard electropermanent magnetic chucks with square poles, there are double-sided (magnetic on both sides) magnetic chuck modules that offer a wide range of clamping options. The electropermanent magnetic chuck with irregular parallel pole spacing for grinding and the electropermanent magnetic chuck for distortion-free clamping of large, rotationally symmetrical workpieces round off the possible uses.
