Manually operated

The workpieces are clamped exclusively by the force of the permanent magnets, without an electrical supply. When switching on/off (magnetization and demagnetization), the permanent magnet system (pole plate and magnet body) is e.g. moved internally mechanically by switching a lever. The magnets opposite the north and south poles are aligned in such a way that the magnetic flux is diverted over the surface. A stepless adhesive force is generated.
The Assfalg range includes rectangular permanent magnetic chucks in different designs and depending on the pole pitch for both grinding, eroding, and milling work and round permanent magnetic chucks for turning, grinding and milling with a wide transverse pole pitch and permanent circular magnetic chucks for internal cylindrical grinding, turning and hard turning with a uniform parallel pole pitch.
